Log into your Zero-G account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our processing center, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
